Works as a strategist. Your OBM is the person who walks with you, sees your big picture, and helps manage the day to day operations for you, making sure it's all in line with your growth goals.

Manages projects. From idea to launch, an OBM will help you set up the software, automations, etc. OR delegate to other team members and oversee the project.

Acts as the middle person and team manager (aka enforcer). An OBM is responsible for their tasks and the progress of the rest of the team.

Tracks business metrics. Depending on your goals, an OBM can track your growth and numbers to make sure you're on track, and help adjust if you're not.
