One thing I know for sure: You are meant to be a coach. I am not.

Believe me, I tried. 

Over the years I've jumped from one business to another, trying to make something work. 

I struggled. So. Much. 

Yes, I believed in my knowledge and experience, but there was always a small part that felt like undeniable pressure. Like I HAD to do certain things in order to succeed. 

I did so much inner work around showing up, but still, it didn't exactly flow. 

Then I got real and asked myself what I was good at, what I loved to do, what I truthfully wanted to do. 

The result? I realized I had no desire to coach. I love figuring things out. I can see the bigger picture and the path to get there. Checklists and spreadsheets excite me. 

I let go of all the things that I felt I had to do to be successful. And it felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders. 

Which brings me to you… I bet there are parts of your business that you feel you have to do in order to be successful.

🤔Maybe it's spending time setting up automations and funnels. 

🤔Maybe it's spending too much time micromanaging your team. 

🤔Maybe it's staying on top of your calendar and client meetings.
